I made this card last week for Anne Ryan's Queen for the Day challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. Hilda aka "Broom" had the honour of receiving the crown... I cased this adorable bear card called "Glory's Button Bear".The sweet little bear image is from Totally Stampalicious's Bugaboo line called "Angel Bear".
I coloured the image with Tombow markers and prisma colour pencil crayons and gamsol. Added Dazzling Diamond sparkles to the clouds.
