Wishing you a very Merry Christmas

Happy Tuesday everyone.... We are having a very wet, windy day here on the west coast... It is another inside day today, I am hoping to get more of my Christmas cards done and mailed out and possibly start some Christmas baking.

Here is a card I made for several challenges - Mothermark's Teapot challenge #MMTPT123, Splitcoast Stampers colour challenge #300 - and we are to pick one of the previous challenges - I chose CC245 - Always artichoke, real red and chocolate chip - my desert option is "charms".

This is also for the House Mouse Monday challenge #84 - Christmas theme and to use a charm on your card. And for my layout I used Midnight Madnesses sketch #MMSC84.
This sweet image is from Stampabilities - House Mouse - Peppermint Pals. Image was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and clear embossed on water colour paper. I coloured the image with water colour pencil crayons - I painted the image with Stampin Up champagne shimmer mist to give it a shimmer. I used Stampin Up crystal effects on the peppermint candies. .

Thanks for stopping by,
Happy stamping and creating,
Hugs.. Pat

Elements of Style - Get Well

Happy Wednesday everyone... Here is a card I made yesterday morning, I hand delivered this to a dear friend of the family, who is having some health issues. I love this stamp set from Stampin Up - called Elements of Style... Image was stamped with Craft Black and clear embossed on watercolour paper. I coloured the flowers with Cameo Coral and Ruby Red reinkers and the leaves with Old Oliver and Certainly Celery. I sponged and water colored the sky with Tempting Turquoise.
I used the colours from this weeks Colour challenge at Splitcoast Stampers - Cameo Coral, Ruby Red and Tempting Turquoise.. desert option was to use ric rac on your card.. I had some old paper ric rac that I coloured with my Ruby Red marker.
I also used the Midnight Madness sketch #MMSC57 from Priscillastyles Blog - I used the simpler sketch.

Thanks for stopping by,
Happy Stamping and Creating,

Hugs... Pat
