Halloween treat bags for my Granddaughers

I made this treat bags for my Granddaughters (Kaylee, Nico, Kayla and Kylana). Stamped the pumpkins and coloured with Tombow Markers. Cut out the bag toppers using the Topnote die cut. Ran them through the Cuttlebug using the Divine Swirls folder. Filled the goody bags, stapled to toppers to the bag. Threaded green raffia through the folded tops and tied a bow behind the pumpkins for the leaves.....

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone.... here is a fun Clean and Simple card I made - this weeks Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers was to use brads or eyelets on your card. As you can see I used star eyelets on the base card, I wove black embroidery thread through the eyelets to make a frame. I stamped the Jailbirds onto white card stock and then again on More mustard. Cut out the MM birds and popped up over white panel. Drew the thin black frame around birds and attached mini black brads. Used Martha Stewart border Punch on the black and more mustard mats. Added the black spider embellishment. Striped paper is from My Minds Eye.

Happy Halloween.

Totally Haunting

Happy Tuesday everyone. I got to play with my new "Totally Stampalicous - Witch Brawd" set today. I combined two of Splitcoast Stampers challenges - Sunday's Featured Stamper FS141(dancerriley) and this weeks colour challenge CC241 (bravo burgundy, cameo coral, very vanilla and (optional) - always artichoke). Here is the card of Riley's that I cased - called "Haunting Halloween". I stamped the bravo burgundy background panel with the Flying monkey image. Stamped the Witch brawd image onto very vanilla. Water coloured part of the image. Paper pieced her hat and dress. Masked image and stamped on the moon and the stormy sky background. Sponged all edges with basic black. Made center strip panel. Stamped the spider web/spider twice. Cut out only the spider from one image. Tied on the ribbon and heat curled. Assembled card. Applied diamond stickles to her hat and the spider web. Added the 1/2 black pearls to lower right corner.

Recipe:

Stamps - Totally Stampalicious - Witch Brawd
Paper - burgundy, always artichoke, cameo coral, very vanilla, DP
Ink - Stazon jet black, basic black, bravo burgundy, cameo carol, blush blossom, creamy caramel
Accessories - sewing machine, pop dots, Diamond Stickles, ribbon, heat gun, aquapainter, sponge, pearls

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy stamping..

Friend Good

Happy Tuesday everyone... I am finally home from a 2 1/2 week fabulous holiday... Our destination was St. George, Utah to meet up with some friends and do some mountain biking. We did manage to do five awesome rides, plus we had perfect weather for our rides. My husband and I drove through Montana - did a little sight seeing in Butte, then travelled over to Wyoming to check out Yellowstone National Park... took hundreds of pictures. On our way home we visited the John Day National Fossil Monument in Oregon. We also took so many of the beautiful scenic highways.
I wanted to share this fun Halloween card I made at my Stampin Up demo's house before I left on my holidays. Only stamp that was used was "Smarty Pants" from Stampin up. The eyes and nose were all made from using the circle punches. Edges of nose and eyelids were sponged with Old olive ink. Used a white gel pen for the pupils. Sentiment was stamped with basic black. Quick and easy card to make.
Thanks for stopping by.
