The image is a Bugaboo Digi image that Totally Stampalicious turned into rubber, it is called "Cafe Scarlette" - the sentiment comes with the stamp set. I love this fun image and the sentiment. Snoopy says to Take it Easy

Happy Tuesday everyone... Here is a card I made for a couple of Splitcoast Stamper Challenges.. Today's colour challenge - to use Wild Wasabi, Cherry Cobbler and Marina Mist and Mothermarks Teapot Tuesday challenge #MMTPT102 ... I will be sending the card off to a young man "Mark" who is going through chemo treatments - hopefully this card will put a smile on his face.

The image is from Stampabilites - Snoopy's Chopper. I made the background scene using trees from Victorine Originals. Drew in the ground/grass and the road. Sponged on the clouds using a scalloped oval. Sentiment is from Studio G. Matted background panel with Real Red and Denim card stock. Sewed edges. Snoopy image was water coloured with Tombow Markers. Cut out image and popped it up.. I am very pleased with how this turned out.

Monica's gift

Happy Monday everyone... I made this clean and simple card for several challenges... Over at Splitcoast Stampers - today's CAS challenge is to use embossing on your card and last Friday
Sabrina (aka Cook22) was honoured as Queen for the Day #17. I cased this cute little Christmas card. At House Mouse and Friends they are having a surprise party for one of their DT members - America Kuhn - her birthday was July 4th - so the challenge is to make a birthday card in her honour. And over at Crazy 4 Challenges they have a colour challenge - use RED, WHITE & BLACK on your card or project.
The adorable House Mouse image is called "Monica's gift". I stamped the image in versafine onyx black ink and clear embossed. Coloured image with Stampin Up reinkers, Tombow markers and Stampin up markers.

Totally Stampalicious - Splash of Red

It is time for another Totally Stampalicious Monday challenge. This weeks challenge is to use a splash of RED on your card or project... I think I went a little overboard with the red :)
You can use whatever other colours you want but we want to see your splash of red.
There is a prize up for grabs this week - one of the new TS stamp sets being released this Thursday, July 15th and it has something to do with the colour red.

Be sure to join us over at Totally Stampalious for our blog hop and release Thursday, July 15th. As always there will be FABULOUS PRIZES up for grabs and you will see what stamp set you could win by playing in this weeks challenge

I used this fun image from Totally Stampalicious called "Gus and Stella". I love the fun image and humorous sentiments that come with this stamp set...

This card qualifies for the challenge over at Our Creative Corners - get corky. The background panel is cork - I drew in the vines and heart flowers with my Tombow Markers.
It is also for two challenges over at Splitcoast Stampers - Queen for the Day #QFTD16 (Dorothy aka etsdas) - Here is her fun Anniversary card that I cased. Plus todays technique challenge - #TLC281 - embossing on embossing.

I stamped Gus and Stella with Versafine Onyx black ink and clear embossed. Water coloured with Tombow Markers. Clear embossed their glasses. Stamped the sentiment and punched out with Stampin Up window punch - edged the sentiment with red marker. Matted image with real red and chocolate chip, rounded corners with large corner rounder. Stamped bottom sentiment on real red cardstock and clear embossed. Stamped mesh pattern overtop of sentiment with versamark ink and clear embossed. Dry embossed with Swiss dot folder. Punched scalloped border on the red and brown bottom strip. Image panel is popped up. Base card is cream next is chocolate chip, real red and then the cork panel.

I hope you will join us over at Totally Stampalicious, make sure to check out what the DT members have come up with to inspire you.

Seeing Spots

Hello everyone... I have just returned from a three day motorcycle trip - My husband and I, plus two of our friends covered approximately 900 kilometers - and saw some amazing scenery and drove on some of the best rated roads for motorcycle trips in British Columbia.

I made this card for this weeks Totally Stampalicious challenge - anything FOOD related- as long as it has anything to do with food - image, sentiment or both. I used the image and one of the sentiments from the 'JJ Cook" stamp set. I love this image and the fun sentiments.

This also qualifies for two challenges on the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog.. I used sketch #C4C43 and this weeks challenges was to use two or more ribbons on your card/project. I have the pretty little pink ribbon and the faux pleated, bubble wrap stamped ribbon across the center of my card.

Plus this is for this weeks Splitcoast Stampers Teapot Tuesday challenge MMTPT101 - issued by Cindy "Mothermark" - to bring lots of spots.... 42,000 of them.

I stamped JJ Cook and the sentiment with Stampin Up classic black on water colour paper and clear embossed. I water coloured the image with Stampin Up reinkers and Tombow Markers. Clear embossed her glasses and the wine glass. I inked up some bubblewrap with Stampin Up regal rose and stamped it onto the white base card and stamped a few extra pieces of white paper to use at a later time. I also bubblewrap stamped some of the blue card stock, which I used for the one panel and photo corners. I made the faux pleated ribbon using a strip of the stamped regal rose paper. I applied liquid pearls to the K&C dp and to the scalloped border. Assembled card, attached the pink ribbon and Stampin Up Filigree brad.
