Hello, it's been a while since I have posted on my blog. Life has been very busy these days, but I wanted to share this sweet House Mouse card with you. I made it for a challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers - Teapot Tuesday challenge MMTPT156. This card will be sent to one of the teapotters - for the last challenge of the month our cards get sent to another SCS teapotter participant. I purchased this House Mouse stamp at a garage sale last year - it is the first time I have inked it up - I love how it turned out - and will be making more of these cards. It is a fairly large stamp, and has a lot going on - so I didn't want to use any busy background papers. I cut out the image with the largest of this nesty shape and coloured the edges of the die cut with a dark brown marker. Image was coloured with Tombow and Stampin Up markers. Added stickles to the lollie pops and gumdrops. Applied liquid pearls to the frosting. Added the ribbon tabs at the top and I cut a bamboo skewer for the wall hanging rod. I love how this turned out.
Thanks for stopping by,
Happy stamping and creating,
Hugs Pat
